Planning application submitted December 2018 for 198 residential units, associated parking, garages, vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access and infrastructure, landscaping, part of Stanley Green and Ferry Park, foul and surface water infrastructure and biodiversity enhancements, with vehicular access from Nellie Spindler Drive.

Planning application submitted December 2018 for 203 residential units, associated car parking, garages; vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access and infrastructure; foul and surface water drainage infrastructure, public open space and landscape and biodiversity enhancements, with vehicular access from Nellie Spindler Drive and Neil Fox Way.
